Matt Jacobs: The Master Builder of ROYAL’s Camp Culture

Matt Jacobs is an incredible asset to the ROYAL family. His journey began two years ago as a counselor, where his ability to connect with campers and staff alike quickly set him apart. Last year, he returned as a lead counselor, working closely with our directors to craft meaningful programming and foster a positive camp culture.

Now, as Manager of Programs in West Virginia, Matt’s steady leadership, creative approach, and unique ability to act as the “relational glue” of our team will be invaluable. His innovative ideas and talent for building genuine connections will continue to shape ROYAL into a welcoming and inclusive environment where every camper, parent, and staff member feels valued and inspired.
