Day Camp Counselor & Park Crew
Day Camp at ROYAL is all about fun, adventure, and building confidence—both on and off the board! As a Day Camp Counselor, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, helping kids discover their passion for action sports while creating the classic summer camp experience they’ll never forget.
Make Summer Unforgettable!Progression Camp Counselor
Progression Camp at ROYAL is for dedicated, intermediate to advanced riders who are ready to push their limits and level up. As a Progression Camp Counselor, you’ll be guiding campers through an intensive, focused training experience, helping them sharpen their skills while growing in confidence, discipline, and identity in Jesus.
Lead, Ride, and Inspire!Progression Camp Instructor
Progression Camp at ROYAL is designed for focused, intermediate to advanced riders who are ready to put in the work and take their skills to the next level. As a Progression Camp Instructor, you’ll play a key role in teaching, coaching, and mentoring campers, guiding them through structured classroom lessons and hands-on skatepark instruction.
With a low camper-to-instructor ratio, you’ll have the opportunity to curate and deliver effective lessons, provide personalized feedback, and help campers build confidence and technique in a supportive, Christ-centered environment. Beyond skill progression, you’ll foster authentic connections by engaging in small group discussions, sharing meals, and being an encouraging presence both on and off the park.
