But the van isn’t just about the look—it’s the heartbeat of how we operate. Inside, it becomes a perfectly organized mobile base: boards and gear stacked and ready, coolers packed for long summer days, first aid within reach, merch folded and ready for kids who want to represent, and marketing materials that help families see the bigger vision of what ROYAL is building. There’s still room in the back for leaders and riders to pile in between stops, making it not just a gear hauler but a place for conversation, laughter, and the kind of moments that build real community on the road.
Most importantly, the van becomes a place people gather around. In the middle of constant movement—from park to park, city to city—it becomes our anchor point. It’s where kids come to ask questions, grab water, share a win, or talk about life and faith between runs. It’s where friendships form, encouragement happens, and moments with God quietly take root in conversations that weren’t planned. Right now, this van is a vision we’re actively working to bring to life as we prepare for our second round of ROYAL mobile camp operations this summer. We believe it will become more than transportation—it will be the mobile basecamp for a movement showing up wherever kids are, bringing the ride, the community, and the reminder that they are deeply valued and created for something bigger.
