Right now, ROYAL is living in that quiet-but-electric space — where God begins stirring things beneath the surface, shaping what’s ahead long before we see it fully. The word guiding our 2026 season is simple, but alive: we are an organism, not an organization. ROYAL isn’t a machine to be maintained; it’s a living thing — growing, moving, Spirit-led. And that means what’s coming next isn’t just a plan… it’s something God is breathing on.

At our core, nothing changes. Our identity stays rooted in the same truth: we exist to show kids what it means to be God’s children and to live unashamed of the gospel. This is who we are — not just what we do. But the way that identity expresses itself? That part is stretching, strengthening, and getting ready to go further than ever before.

Stronger Together

If you’ve been around ROYAL for any length of time, you know we love motion. The ramps, the trails, the parks — it’s where so many kids first taste freedom, belonging, and the truth that God made them on purpose. So it probably won’t surprise you that something new is being built… something with wheels… something that’s becoming the face of ROYAL in a fresh way.

Let’s just say you may spot us rolling into your city in 2026 with a whole lot more visibility — and maybe a little more horsepower. And when we pull up? We won’t be alone.

Next year’s season is shaping into a story of partnership. A year of linking arms with leaders who carry the same heart we do and expanding our impact through shared mission. We’re building deeper roots with local churches and host families who want to reach their communities. We’re collaborating with action sports ministries who are shaping the landscape of skate, scoot, surf, ride, and more.

And there may or may not be some very recognizable names in the action sports world joining us for select moments. No spoilers — but you’ll see.

Movement Beyond the Calendar

Without giving away dates (yet), here’s what we can say: 2026 is going to stretch across the map more than any season we’ve ever had. From the coasts to the mountains to the parks tucked inside small towns — ROYAL is going where kids already are. Where leaders are ready. Where the doors are open.

Some places will be new. Some will feel like home. Some will get a taste of something we’ve never offered before. And yes… there’s one week in particular — invitation only — that’s shaping up to become one of the most meaningful expressions of ROYAL we’ve ever created.

But what excites us most isn’t the travel, the locations, or even the programs. It’s the people. Local leaders stepping into new ownership. Athletes hungry to disciple. Volunteers saying “yes” to bigger roles. Kids stepping into their identity with boldness. Stories waiting to be told.

And behind the scenes, new systems, resources, and rhythms are forming — things that will equip families, leaders, and campers long after a camp week ends.

We’re stepping into this next season with anticipation, not attachment. We’re open to God shaping it however He wants. Open to the next city. Open to the next leader. Open to the next story He wants to write.
